Your brokerage name, license number and the Equal Housing Opportunity logo are built into every page, covering the details most state advertising rules ask agents to show. Your broker has final approval, and we make any changes they ask for within your revision rounds.

Want live MLS listings on your site? We connect and style your IDX feed for free. You pay your IDX provider directly and get approval through your MLS and broker. IDX goes live when that approval comes through, so it never delays your launch. No IDX yet? We add a "Search Listings" button to your brokerage's listings page.

You get your own WordPress login, so you can update text, photos and pages whenever you like. Hosting is free for the first year. After that, Altic Host bills you directly. If you ever want to move hosts, we'll give you a full backup of your site.

Common questions
What counts as "recently licensed"?
Your real estate license was issued within the last 3 months. We check the issue date on your state's public license lookup. If your state's lookup doesn't show the date, a photo or copy of your license is fine.
Do I have to share my license number?
Only for the $500 New Agent price, so we can confirm you were licensed recently. The $800 Standard package doesn't need it at checkout. Many states require agents to show their license number on their advertising, so we may still ask for it while building your site.
What does hosting cost after the first year?
Your first year of hosting on Altic Host is free. From year 2, Altic Host bills you directly at its Essential plan price, currently listed at $3.99 a month. If you'd rather move to another host, we'll give you a full backup of your site.
Do I need my own domain?
You can use a domain you already own or buy one through Altic Host. Domain registration is not included in the price.
What does IDX setup involve?
IDX shows live MLS listings on your site. You sign up with an IDX provider and pay them directly, and your MLS and broker approve the feed. We then install and style it for free. Approval can take from a few days to a few weeks, so we launch your site first and add IDX when it's ready.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. You get your own WordPress login and can change text, photos and pages whenever you like. If you'd like us to make changes after your 2 revision rounds, it's $50 per change request.
How long does it take?
